Absolutely. FitSync fits a single gym as-is — and when you open a second branch, multi-branch support with branch-scoped data is already built in. No migration, no upgrade tax.
What does FitSync cost?
Single-branch gyms start at ₹1,999/month, with the full product included — no per-member charges, no add-on menus. Your exact quote depends on size, branches and whether you want attendance hardware; you'll have it by the end of your first call.
Is there a lock-in? What happens to our data if we leave?
No lock-in — FitSync is billed monthly and you can stop anytime. Your data is yours: members, payments, dues and history export in full whenever you want them, including on the day you leave. No hostage-taking.
Can you migrate our data from Excel or another software?
Yes. Member lists, packages, validity dates and outstanding dues can be migrated from Excel sheets or exports from your current software as part of onboarding. See our Switching from Excel guide.
Can FitSync stop expired members from entering?
Yes. Face-recognition entry checks membership at the door: expired, frozen or unknown faces are denied automatically, and the desk sees why. Manual override always stays with your staff.
Does it track staff attendance too?
Yes — the same face device records staff time in and out against their shift. Late arrivals are flagged, and you can optionally have late minutes feed into payroll penalties. Staff can't see each other's records.
My front desk isn't tech-savvy. Will they manage?

Does attendance work during internet outages?
Yes. Face-recognition attendance runs on an on-site LAN bridge inside your gym's network. Check-ins keep recording locally during outages and sync automatically when the connection returns.
Who can see the finance section?
Only owners and super admins. Front desk and trainers get granular permissions for their job — members, enquiries, follow-ups — while cash flow, reports and salaries stay with you.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in India (Bengaluru datacenter), with daily backups. Access is role-based, branch-scoped, and every data export is logged — who, when, which branch.
